I limit my F line to one emotion, but I have found that sometimes another emotion comes up on the R line. For example:
C: I have a family
T: I want to see them thrive, but they aren’t receptive to my help.
F: frustration
A: preach at them, get in a huff, check in on them, try to hold them accountable
R: feel rejected and disappointed, stop encouraging them
C: I have a family
T: i can love them no matter what
F: loving
A: call just to say I love you, just be present for them without wanting them to do anything according to my manual
R: I show up as a loving family member, feel deep love without constraints
(May have to work on bridging thoughts for this one because I want to see them healthy and live long prosperous lives so badly!)
