I heard several coaches suggest putting the feeling at the C line (just like anxiety in the morning is Brooke’s C line) and I was hoping to get your take on this model:
C= I always feel inadequate as a writer.
T= Which means I will never figure it out or make it.
F= More inadequate?
A= Avoid my scheduled time to write, distract myself.
R= I don’t get any writing done. I feel worse. I prove myself I am not a writer.
Not sure how this model will become intentional?
