feeling insecure


I’m realizing through my thought download I have several thoughts that lead me to feel insecure. Can I get help processing these and moving to a new thought please?

C: message coworkers to swap shifts more than half haven’t responded by the end of day
T: no one is responding because they don’t like me
F: unliked
A: question my interactions with coworkers, feel insecure about relationships in general, not loving myself
R: I beat myself up

C: Friend said to go ahead and ask someone else since she hasn’t decided to go to my social gathering or another’s
T: she prioritizes someone else over me
F: rejected
A: feel insecure about relationships, ask myself why I’m not top of the list
R: beat myself up
