When I speak to my mother over the phone once a week, I generally feel at the end of the conversation sad and left out.
My thoughts is she and my sister in law do not give a a damm about me. I feel left on the side and jealousy kicks in generally.
C: Mother, brother and sister in law living in the family home. They all get along. I live in England. My mother has stated that she never wants to see my husband again.
T: They (my mother and sister in law) do not care about me
A: I mull over it / I want to know what is going on / I shut down / I do not give an inch / I create separation
R: I am jealous and far away. I feel unloved.
