Hello! I have recently went through the low calorie diet and lost quite a bit of weight and landed in the weight I feel good at. However, I seem to be sabotaging it now because I have a thought I don’t deserve it as I did it the quick easy diet way instead of working on the mind aspect. I am doing the mind job now with the urge jar but still find it hard for me to change the thought that I have cheated my way into the weight loss. Can you help me with ways how to change the thoughts on this? Thanks!
