My boss and I disagree about the direction of our company. She has asked me to speak with her privately when it comes to discussing the new company plan and my frustrations with it. We have a team meeting coming up and one of the questions we have been asked to answer and discuss is “where are you frustrated?” I feel like I should just make up something trivial to talk about so I am not bringing up problems that support the plan I want to create and therefore go against what my boss has requested of me. Part of me feel like a fraud and doing this regularly is making me feel untrue to myself. Can you help?
