Feeling numb?

I have tried practicing different thoughts and bridge thoughts to create the emotion I want, but no thought seems to consistently produce the feeling I want. It’s like I’m numb to feeling the positive emotions these days. I find myself resisting and not feeling the positive emotions but also not feeling the negative ones either, like fear, doubt, worry. It’s like my body just doesn’t want to feel anything at all and be in a safe and neutral space. What do I do here?
