Feeling overwhelmed with my thought work


Hello,

I’m wanting to stick to a strict thought work routine because I’m about to start the certificate course and I want to be really excelling at the concepts and working on myself. But I’m finding myself feeling overwhelmed.

An unintentional model I’ve drafted is:

C: Thought work
T: I don’t have enough time to do everything / I’m not doing enough
F: Overwhelmed
A: Do what I can but feel very anxious about it. Don’t stick to a concrete timetable.
R:

I always struggle with my R line – would you be able to help?

I also want to be able to feel motivated to do the work, but also not beat myself up over whether I’ve done ‘enough’. I think I may be pressuring myself into trying to cram too much in.
