Feeling Q

Hi Brooke, I am still making friends with feelings. I understand the bottom line is that feelings are a vibration in the body and we can handle a vibration. If I fear humiliation and can learn to feel the vibration in the body that alleviates pressure but I will still have to deal with all the fall out in my life that the circumstance presents. That doesn’t go away because I can feel the emotions. OK I think I can answer my question! It becomes a constant process of dealing with the next thought and the next about the fall out. Humiliation is one of my biggest fears. I does feel that death is possible. For me humiliation and failure are the two. Humiliation is not a feeling that is experienced regularly but it is the fear of it that is debilitating. How to work with this one?
