So I’ve completed Stop Over Eating and just started the Advanced Class, and one of my issues is staying on the protocol 100% has been hard for me. Just the thought brings up major scarcity feelings and vibrations. When I think of a protocol that I want to be lifelong, I want there to be flexibility but I do have 100lbs to lose.
I also was on a protocol and fasting for 2 months, after 2 weeks, my body went into starvation mode and the fasting was not working. So that’s not really a viable option for weightloss. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
