I’ve noticed that when I feel sexy and attractive I want sex. There are a lot of times that I don’t feel sexy and don’t want sex. I want to learn to be intentional in this area.
I want to understand how to feel this way regularly. As I type this, I already know this will take thought work. 🙂
Is this about existing beliefs & new thoughts? When you’re learning to include new thoughts in your day, do you suggest you tackle one thought at a time?
