Feeling the resistance and doing it anyway

I’ve been watching Brooke go through 5 pounds stronger. I have been wanting to workout for months but I face so much resistance. I plan everything including workouts and scheduling. But I don’t show up for myself. I think “it’s too much work” and I lay on my couch. Or buffer with work. How can I get myself to workout everyday like I used to before covid hit and gyms closed?
