Feeling thoughts and question thoughts (BL)

I’m noticing a pattern in my thought downloads. I write a lot of “feeling thoughts” and a lot of “question thoughts.” For example, my dad is in the hospital. So today’s thought downloads looks like this:
I feel guilty for not being there. I feel anxious. What if he dies? I feel powerless.
I’m not sure how to get underneath the FEELING to the real thought.
