Feeling Tired.

I have been on my protocol for 2 weeks this coming Sunday. What I am experiencing is extreme tiredness mid-day and on occasion going to bed as early as 8:00 p.m. (I get up at 4:30/5:00 most days).

I’m not sure if I should listen to my body and allow myself the extra sleep as my thoughts are I’m in a transitional state with respect to my diet and also going through menopause. Or, should I push through?

Here is my model:

C: My body is exhausted.
T: This SOE Program is depleting my energy stores.
F: Tired.
A. Take naps and go to bed earlier than normal.
R. Do not complete tasks scheduled for the day which ultimately leads to failing on commitments.

C: My body is exhausted.
T: I can handle this feeling without the urge to take a nap.
F: Persistence.
A: Continue to follow through on the activities I’ve scheduled for the day.
R: Accomplish something and honor my commitments.
