My goal is to transition from my job to a full-time coach. And my bigger goal is to make 100k a year as a life coach.
I understand I have to take massive action to create those results. There are some action that I would love to do or keep being consistent with. But I do not take action because I tend to avoid these feelings:
Embarrassment
Rejection
Dread
Disappointment
I know those are created by my thoughts and I can always change it. But how do I be okay with feeling embarrassed, rejected and disappointed.
How can I feel those emotions?
Brooke says: There is no any feeling that I am not willing to feel. I want to the same for me. Is there any resource in scholars that helps me to be willing to feel those emotions?
