Feelings: Avoiding, Resisting, Reacting, Processing/Allowing, and Indulging

Hi, I need some help to really understand the difference between everything we can do with feelings:
– Avoiding: For example when you buffer in order not to feel the emotion.
– Resisting: ??
– Reacting: For example when you act on the feeling, like when you yell, you blame etc
– Processing/allowing: When you choose to feel it in your body, and observe it, what it does in your body etc.
– Indulging: when you feel indulgent emotions such as Confusion, Doubt, Worry etc. We sometimes use them to avoid the real emotions we feel.

Is this right? What about Resisting: what do we tipically do when we resist our emotions? Thank you for helping me get clarity!
