Hi! I’ve noticed that my negative feelings seem to adjust with my monthly cycle. In the week before and during my period, I am feeling more defeating type emotions. Then, I feel something lift and feel more motivating type feelings afterward and leading up to the week before.
Is this a thing?
Do I just feel the feelings, or is there something else I can do to tone down or replace these defeating type emotions?
It’s like a background vibration, and so subtle but makes a huge difference in my productivity.
