Feelings of lack & abundance


Please help me with both results. I was playing with my daughter and her new kittens and decided it was time to go back to work and felt guilty. I’d love to understand what I create with my thought and understand guilt more. I’d also like to understand how to feeling of abundance or gratitude intentionally.
