Feelings Work


As we’re nearing the end of February and after doing the daily work, I find that I still haven’t really been able to access my emotions this month. I find it easier to create them using purposeful thoughts than to just stop at any point and figure out “what am I feeling”? I get that this takes practice (perhaps more than 1 months’ worth), but is there anything more to it than just asking myself what I’m feeling? For so much of the day I keep coming up with “not much” or “neutral”. Will this take more work to access? I recently listened to Brooke’s 2-session podcast on modern mental health, and she reinforces that being able to know what you’re feeling is key. Thanks for any help.
