Figuring out the result line


I would love more help on how to fill in the result line of the model. Despite watching the training videos and coaching calls I still get stuck. Here is a model I’m working on. I’m wondering if the result is correct.

For some context, weight loss isn’t the goal. A better relationship with food is my goal.

C: Bought cookies for coworkers
T: I shouldn’t eat any because I won’t stop eating them
F: Anxious
A: Spin in my head about eating or not eating cookies or avoid eating cookie
R: Not trust in myself to enjoy one cookie?
