I started my company 6 years ago. For the 4-5 first years, it was growing. But after I lost my biggest client a year and a half ago, I’m not earning enough money anymore. Since last year, I have been thinking about different possibilities of new directions to take but I seem unable to decide in which ones I should engage myself. I started coaching in January to help me with that but I m still wondering what I should do. I always have a hard time making decisions to dive into something at 100% but I think this is what I should do if I want to be successful. How can I find my way?
