I am having trouble Finding actions and direct results for some things that are less obvious. I have a few thoughts I’ve been trying to do the model with and have trouble filling in A and R for.
Ex:
C- my torn ligament in my ankle did not heal
T- Those 12 weeks not running were wasted- still need surgery
F Depressed
A- ?? Go about my day hurting bc it didn’t heal?
R ??
