Could you help me with finding out what thoughts I’m having?
I have had so much insight lately really uncovering the actual thoughts running but sometimes I just feel the emotion.
So I feel anxious or worry when looking at bank app/balance
And T – I hope it is not too low
So I found that one but there has to be some Ts that are running regularly behind things I’d like to uncover.
Could you suggest ways to get at them?
