Im just starting out my business as a leadership coach that provides situaltional leadership coaching to medium business owners that struggle to lead different type of employee personalities in their business so they can have less turnover, build top talent and increase the performance of their current employees. My question is is this too wide of a niche to focus on. Should I get mote specific?
