My friends and I are absolutely obsessed with you! We always find ourselves quoting your podcasts and marvel how you can break down such tough concepts into compelling, easy to understand podcasts and also lessons. I have been a faithful listener since the beginning and have found so much value in your work!
I am in the process of becoming an organizational psychologist/consultant and my issue is that anything and everything interests me. I can spend hours listening to podcasts and reading books and have difficulty narrowing down my focus. I am trying to find “my voice” and what really gets me going.

How do you narrow down your focus and commit to a topic? Can you explain how you go about designing podcasts content about the month’s theme for the SCC? I could use some help in the process of brainstorming and then the content creation process.
