I’ve been having a hard time finding thoughts for my intentional model that feel good. So I do my unintentional model, for example
C: Husband calls me after work
T: This is unnecessary, I’m going to talk to him in a few minutes anyways when he gets home
F: annoyed
A: act cold, short answers
R: in a bad mood when he gets home
Then I try to complete my intentional model, but can’t really think of a thought that feels better, so I spend all morning thinking about it and not getting anywhere. This happens frequently.
