Looking for feedback on my first model. Just signed up today!

C= Signed up for CCP.
T= I don’t know if I can do this.
F= fearful
A= Retreat, buffer with food, tv, etc instead of diving in.
R= Don’t figure out how to do this.

Should I get more specific with my thoughts? Thanks in advance!
