First month, first goal.

Good morning!
When filling out my calendar with all of the things I need to do to accomplish my first goal, I am unsure about the timeline I am giving myself. I know that I need to be committed to the things that are on that calendar and I am. I did try to be kind to myself when filling in the calendar but now think I need to make some small adjustments; not to the goals but the times. Is it confusing to my brain if I do this? I feel an internal struggle with my head on this one.
Please advise!
