Hi Brooke,
What is your perspective on “flipping” times to do things in your calendar. For example, if i had planned to go to the gym at 10am but then felt like I wanted to get work done at that time (which was slated for 2pm) and then decided to flip-flop my work window and my gym window. Is that ok? Or, is it better to not do that in the beginning phases of trying to be disciplined about your calendar and doing what you say you are going to do.
