Hi Brooke – Was rereading the If I Am So Smart Book and you mention to cut flour. I get that it is concentrated hit of insuliny goodness but not all flour is created equal – so why do you say no flour? The effect on our insulin release is measured in glycemic index right? And different flours have different glycemic indexes. Plus what you eat it with will change the insulin reaction – right? Just wrapping my head around your logic. :):)
