So, comitted to a protocol today! Hurrah! I was completing my dare and my thoughts and I realized that I had not forgone flour for 48 hours cause I went to Mass tonight and had Communion. This 1 oz a week is not gonna throw everything off kilter right?
Also, when does the headache go away??
