Flour and gaining weight

Dear coach,
I’ve lost weight (approx. 15 lb) in the last 10 months. My problem is that I’ve always been underweight, according to doctors’ standard (I’m 5,3 height and 101 lb), but after a year of breastfeeding, I went to 86 lb (I’m now at 95 lb).

At the same time, while I’m figuring out why I lost so much weight even though I was really hungry, I decided that I wanted to have a very healthy diet. So I completely cut out white sugar in January, as part of my impossible goal.

As I listened to Brooke talking about sugar AND flour, I thought it was very coherent to also quit on flour. However, I’ve not only not been able to do it, but I think I consume even more bread than before. One of the reasons is that while I understand that flour is not good for health, I also want to gain weight and I think flour will help me with that.

Do you have any recommendations for me? I don’t want to indulge in confusion. Thanks!
