I coach weight loss clients in my practice. When I bring up the flour and sugar topic… a lot of them FREAK OUT. They feel restricted, and punished. They want to not have to give up sugar and flour.
Is there a more gentle way about it? I know that you like people to set their own protocol… Can people lose weight successfully without giving up sugar and flour, but moderate and mainly focus on their hunger scale?
