Flour & Sugar for the weekend


These two things: flour and sugar, are truly drugs! I had a piece of bread on Saturday, and felt out of control all weekend (I just kept eating flour and sugar). The result? Three pounds gained.

I am learning from this, and learning that my body does not like any form of flour or sugar (but gosh, the brain seems to!).

Is it best to never allow? Even for planned joy eats?

Would it back fire?
