Focus & Concentration

Hi Coaches, I am trying to understand how I can improve my focus and concentration. I want to be able to generate these (uncomfortable) emotions. Would you mind taking a look at my models?

C: task on calendar
T: this is going to be hard
F: discouraged
A: buffer with SM, distract self, move on to different task, get off schedule, get mad at self
R: I make it harder than it needs to be.

C: task on calendar
T: I am going to practice being focused for the next hour
F: encouraged
A: set my timer, keep my mind on the task, allow distractions.
R: I become more focused.

What other ways would it be helpful for me to use the model to create more awareness, build better habits? Would concentration be an Action?
