I am a new Scholar as of July. I did not join with any specific goal in mind, more to learn how better to manage my mind. Now that I am here and thinking about what I want to accomplish I know that it is to lose the extra weight I have been carrying for the last 20 years. I realized, listening to Brooke, that I do not set a goal around this any more because I am so sure I am going to fail. I have told myself that I have no discipline. My question: should I plan to focus just on the Stop Overeating work for the time being (and until I reach my goal weight), do the July work/homework (and then the Aug), or plan to fit in time to do both?
