I am just listening to the live coaching call and I am in this “I am not doing it right” place too. How do I switch to the other place? To the things that are working? My brain ist like “duh?” right now and I find it amazingly difficult to think of the things that are working and feeling/thinking good about myself, even though I must have done some things right because I have a job, flat, food, clothes,… I know it sounds strange but I am really just like ????
