Focus Time and Weight Loss.


In one of the Monday Hour One Videos it is mentioned to constrain to one goal. If the goal is weight loss, should the two hour focus area be weight loss? I think I am having trouble with the monthly homework in terms of making it fit the one goal. Is Monday Hour One a way to put in the aspects I need for weight loss but also work on other areas as well? Focus time would be more about actual work/career/creativity but in the planning for the week, I would include meal times with my protocol, thought work time, and comfort activities as addressed in the weight loss module? Thank you.
