Focus time question

Hi coaches! What does Focus Time look like? It sounded like Brooke said she doesn’t go to the bathroom, eat, nothing – just works straight through.

I find that I can do focus time for about 35 minutes at a time, then need a brain break to recharge. Without the break to reset my brain, I feel physically tired and get headaches – but I don’t know if I am honoring my physical needs, or just THINKING that I “need” a break. If I keep going without a break, my brain feels tired and drained. So maybe my Focus Time does need to incorporate breaks? Just curious how it looks for other people.
