Focusing on the good and not bad


I tend to focus on everything that is bad from my past but there is also a lot of good that I’m not even acknowledging. I notice I keep dwelling and not making progress most likely from all these recycled thoughts. I’m determined to make my future better. I don’t want to keep thinking and even talking about the past and mostly thinking about all the bad stuff. I know this is keeping my stuck.

When is it time to know you are ready to make that shift? I know I can just decide but I don’t want to miss important work but yet every time I do work in this area it brings me down and keeps focusing me on everything that is keeping me stuck.

I’d love some guidance here.
