My weight is always something that has needed a lot of focus
And of course an area of constant and never ending improvement
You said you must pick 1 thing and focus
You cant just not care about ur body though ….right?!?😳
Can I work on my number 1but also keep listening ro all weight calls and working out ?
I generallywork out 6days a week
Im not doing a protocol yet but eliminated sugar and flour i am so proud of that day 15
