I have been able to work out most of my thoughts with the model but I’m getting really stuck when it comes to overeating and overspending. For example, today I wrote down, “I spend too money” in the thought download. I think that’s the action or result but I can’t trace back up to the originating thought. In life, I’ll see something I want and just get it. I probably don’t NEED it but I get it anyway. I can’t nail down why. Help!
