Food being most exciting part of day


Hi Brooke,

I’ve been on protocol for about a month and am losing weight slowly, but I noticed that I’m still looking forward to my meals in a way that makes food (still) the most important part of my day. Eating my two meals — even though they’re on protocol — is still the most exciting part of my day on most days (insert face palm here, haha). I think this is (hopefully) good awareness, but what’s my next step to take so food does NOT take center stage on most days? Finding more exciting things in my life or doing work around the meals, or … ?
