Question for you: I love going online and looking at food blogs and new recipes. I get ideas for the week and then create them during my meal prep. Having said that, I feel like looking at the food excites me and can sometimes get me hungry or going down a rabbit hole on the internet. Considering this behavior, looking up recipes on food blogs is both helpful but also buffering, how do you suggest dealing with it? Cut it out completely? Take a break from it? Limit it to a certain amount of time?
Same thing with Netflix- It’s a fine balance of enjoying it for an hour, but not hours on end and not with the mentality that it’s the most exciting part of the day.
