food, fat, weight questions


Hi there! I’m enjoying getting started! Loving the Intermittent Fast!
A couple basic questions still:

How do you all feel about Eziekel bread- The flourless bread?
How about stevia?

How much fat per day, an approximate range?

What would be an ideal weight for someone 5’9″? (I’m 46 and currently 178, already lost 39 pounds, yay!)
