Food for Vegetarian


First thank you for this program! I have only been doing it for a week but I am so excited and hopeful. I have always been an emotional eater and I had gastric bypass 8 years ago. I lost a lot of weight and gained some back, just like with all diets.

I am a vegetarian and lean towards complete vegan. for moral reasons I do eat eggs because we have our own chickens. I created a protocol that is:
Breakfast-protein, and a fruit
Lunch-protein, vegetable, grain
Dinner-protein, vegetable, grain

Right now I am just eating until I feel a little full, trying to eat between 2 and 2. It that ok or do you recommend actually measuring quantity?
Does the protocol mean I eat the same thing everyday or as long as it falls in the parameters it’s ok?
I just saw one of your Q&A video’s that said no almond milk, but the overeating workbook says it’s ok? I really only use it for coffee or a bowl of cereal.
I use two tablespoons of soy creamer in my coffee, is that ok?
