Is this proper use of model? Im so overthinking my models kf im doing them right or wrong. Is there anywhere that we can observe SCS VIP’s and Diamonds create models?

C- Food is neither good or bad

T- I will use food for fuel not for buffering

F- empowered

A- eat only when hungry

R- lose desire for food which will result in weight loss
