Hi! I am listening to the “Stop Overeating Workshop.” It is amazing! I have a question regarding when to start food journaling.
Brooke says clients start creating their protocol the second month of her program. Do they start journaling from the very beginning (in the first month when they are avoiding sugar/flour and doing thought work) or wait until they create their protocol in the second month?
I know I could just choose. However, I want to know how Brooke/LCS handles this.
