Food Obsessions


Hi! What would you say to someone (me) obsessed with food?
I’d say I think about eating about 40% of the time.
What should I eat for lunch, dinner, desert, eat out, cook?
Should I eat this?
What will be the menu at that party?
What will I eat or not when going out to a restaurant with my husband?
I waste so much time about this.
Any thoughts you could offer to redirect my thoughts? How do you get rid of thoughts altogether? I am wasting so much brain power on this.
