I just got over 5 days of food poisoning. The likely cause was either the salad bar at work or egg bites from Starbucks. Its pretty easy to nail down when you only eat twice per day. 🙂
My question is what are some good options for tummy pain relief? Pepto, kaopectate and motrin did not help. Typical advice includes crackers, bread or rice. I successfully gave up flour and sugar this month so I really wasn’t interested in those options. But when the medicine didn’t work I turned to saltine crackers to calm my tummy. Damn, it worked. I want to find a different choice. Any suggestions?
